General Payment Policy

All payments for services and products offered by Happiness Soulutions ME LLC may be made via:

  • Cash
  • Bank Transfer
  • Online Payments through Third-Party Payment Gateways
  • Credit / Debit Cards
  • Cheque (where applicable)

All transactions, invoices, refunds, and credits are processed strictly in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, all payments are non-refundable, subject to the limited exceptions outlined in this policy.

Refund Eligibility (Exceptions Only)

  • Cancellation by Happiness Soulutions ME LLC
  • If a course, workshop, event, or program is cancelled by the company, a 100% refund or credit note will be issued (method at company's discretion).
  • Damaged or Defective Retail Products Must be reported within 7 days of purchase or delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original condition Subject to inspection and approval
  • Serious Medical Emergency or Death Supported by valid hospital records or medical documentation

Approval remains at the sole discretion of Happiness Soulutions ME LLC

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already rendered
  • Therapy sessions already conducted
  • Missed appointments or no-shows
  • Client-initiated cancellations beyond permitted timelines
  • Government charges, VAT, or processing fees once paid
  • Used, opened, or damaged retail products
  • Client dissatisfaction without reasonable or documented cause

Therapy Packages & Long-Term Commitments
Multi-Session & Long-Term Packages (5 / 10 Sessions & Extended Programs)
Clients purchasing 5-session, 10-session, or long-term therapy packages agree to the following:

  • Once a package is purchased and the client commits, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except where a reasonable and genuine cause is submitted in writing and approved at the sole discretion of Happiness Soulutions ME LLC.
  • Acceptable reasons may include (but are not limited to):
  • Serious medical emergencies
  • Permanent relocation
  • Force majeure or exceptional personal circumstances
  • (Supporting documentation is mandatory.)

All packages are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

A one-time extension of up to six (6) months may be requested in writing before the expiry date. Approval is discretionary.

Sessions must be fully utilised within the validity or approved extension period.
Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited, and no refund, credit, or transfer will be granted.

Packages are non-transferable unless approved in writing by management.

  • Package Cancellation Before Full Utilisation
  • If a package is cancelled after partial usage:
  • Used sessions will be recalculated at standard single-session rates
  • The remaining balance (if any) will be issued as store credit only
  • Store credit is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
  • Session Cancellation & Rescheduling.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a 50% session charge
  • Repeated non-attendance or failure to follow centre protocols may result in termination of services without refund

Online Payment & Booking Policy

  • Online payments confirm acceptance of this policy
  • Incorrect payment details are the client’s responsibility
  • Declined or failed payments are beyond company's liability
  • Completed online payments cannot be reversed without management approval
  • Clients must report to reception upon arrival to confirm attendance
  • Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes for group events or workshops may be treated as a no-show to prevent disruption.

Advance registration and confirmation are mandatory

  • Programs may require 50% or full advance payment
  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Full payment must be completed before program commencement

Happiness Soulutions ME LLC reserves the right to deny enrollment if the terms are unmet

If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, payments will be refunded or credited at company's discretion.

Installment Plans (Trainings, Retreats & Programs)

  • Available only on selected programs
  • Down payment is mandatory
  • Monthly instalments must be paid on time
  • Late payments may attract daily penalty charges
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access
  • Written agreements or post-dated cheques may be required

Retail Refund & Return Policy

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Used items are strictly non-refundable
  • Approved refunds may take 2–15 business days
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Store credit may be issued instead of cash refunds

Gift vouchers:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-redeemable for cash
  • Exchange only (where applicable)
  • Fraud, Abuse & Policy Violations

Any misuse, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity may result in:

  • Rejection of refund or service requests
  • Suspension or permanent denial of services
  • Legal action under applicable UAE laws

Policy Updates & Final Authority

Happiness Soulutions ME LLC reserves the right to:

Modify prices, policies, or terms without prior notice
Make final decisions on refunds, credits, extensions, and service eligibility

All future transactions shall be governed by the latest published version of this policy.
